Run great! No hunting at idle, definetley more power in the car. Hard to say if it's because of the MAF's or plugs - but the butt dyno tells me I picked up a BUNCH of power. SES is still on, hopefully resolved next Tuesday with new cats. Also hoping for another power boost there too. Strong strut is next, I will have a report by tommorow on it.

Thanks for the tip. FYI, I ordered two MAFs from Performance Cafe last week. It's supposed to arrive tomorrow. I will install mine and post results here once I'm done.
If this VW MAF really works with our M5's (complete compatibility), this is one great replacement part and much less expensive.
Mine does hunt a little at idle when cold, but I'm not sure if its the new MAF's or the lightened fly wheel, I think maybe idle hunt can happen when the fly wheel weighs 1/3 its original weight. I put both in within a week of each other so I don't know. Thoughts anyone?

How long since any injector cleaner has been run through it then. Try the the inexpensive obvious, and can't hurt stuff first...I always say. I just changed my plugs and i'm getting hunting idle right now myself. I also just put in brand new filters. I haven't used any injector cleaner since I bought the car 15k km ago, in late October. If that does not clean it, I'l likey go after the fuel filter next, which I think is original, car has 107.5k km. (66.8k M)
To a certain extent, I've always found cars to misbehave during seasonal changes, as the temp changes from night-day are more severe..and condensation might play a part.
