Issues with AC?

Its Arizona so I obviously need to get this fixed ASAP.
ive never experienced anything like it before. Ill turn the car on and hit teh A/C nada. Ill play with the bottuns and vents and finally give up. 5minutes later BOOM its a meat locker in there and then 5 more minutes I cant get a even a small flow of air.

Weirdest thing. My mirros dont always go up at the same times and often only 1 goes up. ??

Very common problem on BMWs. It's a bad final stage resistor.

Symptoms are "possessed" HVAC unit. Other symptoms may be No air, No control, no temp, no fan -- did I miss any other possibilities? These symptoms can come and go.
