The open door set up isn't working as well as it needs to.
Seems to be partly a voltage issue to open the pass door + it fitting just a bit tight is causing the action of opening the door to act up.
Some weird issue now and then that has the ute not starting at all, even after driving it around for hours, you turn it off and 30 sec later, dead!
Wait a few minutes and it will start.
The alternator is working fine, just one of those things that pops it's head when you pull a car apart that much that needs sorting.
In Australia we've got very loud wildlife around you all the time, especially birds.
Don't know why, but much more then I've seen in any of the countries I've visited.
The birds did stop for the 10 min it took to make the clips.

Do you still have the same battery in the car from before the project? Sounds like it could be an almost dead battery. Alternatively it could be a bad earth.

We'll track it down the issue shortly with voltage playing up.
The battery is BMW and brand new (few months old)

I hope I can go a few more weeks without the cops tagging on the volume.

Hi Apples

Well it turned out amazing! Congrats on turning the vision into an astonishing piece or art.

Geez that is loud in those clips.
Let me see if I got this exhaust spec correct:
SS Headers, into
High flow cats purchased from www.Exhaustshop.com.au, into
System created by SRC, into
SS X-pipe?, into
Kelleners Mufflers

and if I understand correctly the OEM resonators have been removed in those exhaust clips? You're not running any resonators at present?

Great stuff
cheers
Stu
