After watching American Hot Rod, and OverHaulin' on Discovery channel last night, it makes me think that it's a shame this whole process has not been videotaped. The edit would make an awesome package.

That shop's doing one hell of a job Apples. I can't wait to see it finished!
p.s. I still think 20s are too big and kill the sportiness of the vehicle. Something about a Dubbed M5 (even a ute) that sticks in my craw How about a lift kit and 18s with some big off road tires, lol!

Don't worry about the 20's they'll look nice on the rear (19's front) especially as the car...sorry ute is longer it will need to have a bigger rear wheel with the new length and width.
Once this project is done I don't see pigs (fat chicks) or even a cat on carpet to be able to hang on.
I should pop in to Mulgrave and City road and show'em next Sept.
I'm might be back in Sept this year for some rest, so I'll pop up and see them and get Shane to give a run down on camera of the work so far he done.
He's off in August, so it really won't change much in the next few weeks.
I'll then leave him the camera so he can do 5-10min clips every few weeks and that way I'll get some more content on it's transformation then just pictures.
I think it would be a very cool "overhaulin" project, but I don't think we've got any shows like that in OZ for a start?
Not to mention he's busy enough working on paying customers cars and then having to worry about camera crews wandering around the shop trying to do a show/s would be a PIA.
The shop is 4 hours from Melb and 7 from Syd and the build time frame is about 12 months so not ideal for a production company to take on all traveling that would gon in to a clip?
MIB I know it's cold around the shop this time of year, and to be honest Yoda is the first Queenslander to not winge about the cools days down south.
You'll forget how to speak German soon, it's time you got in to some Japanese don't you think?
PS...Aaron keep in touch about the wheels.
By later this year I might have new ones on before the OZ summer?

This the uber ute not the average pub slut ute that's got "bundy rules" stickers on it.
No rusty chains in the back of this baby.
Remember it's all class, like it's NEW owner.
Maybe the Deni ute muster will be on the cards in 07?
If I was a single man I could pull some bad pussy with this thing.
As MIB would say..."It would make a jelly fish hard"
