Oh yea, your right.. one picture is upside down. The width of the protrusion is still different. Someone managed to make one fit however, so it can be done. I'd just go with an aftermarket unit if I was puting that work in, and relocate the stock screen elsewhere in the car to maintain the other features.

I dont think the bus systems are the same between the two cars...so Im not exactly sure how (if) it could work.
