This is from the first report:
"Report Summary
1. ACCIDENT CHECK
Total Loss Check
No Severe Accidents Reported by a DMV - Buyback Guarantee!
Other Accident Indicators
No Accident Indicators Reported
2. MILEAGE ACCURACY CHECK "
The part highligted in blue indicates that the first car had no accidents reported. As I said in an earlier post this doesn't guarantee no accidents. Just none reported.
This is from the second report:
Report Summary
1. ACCIDENT CHECK
Total Loss Check No Severe Accidents Reported by a DMV - Buyback Guarantee!
Other Accident Indicators
Accident Indicator Reported
Notice the slight difference in wording.
On my '95 540i, I thought the body shop did an excellent job even though they had to straighten the frame. It did not show up on the carfax report, but the place where I traded the car, it was noted by them.
