The wheels are 19" x 10" rear and 19" x 8.5" front. The tires are 275/30/19 rear and 245/35/19 front. The handling seems a little bit more firm, precise, and the ride is roughly the same as stock, maybe 10% or 15% more harsh on bumps though. These tires are pretty sticky, so there is more grip off the line but if you push the car too hard from a standstill you have to watch out for wheel hop.
It is nice that the ride didn't change too much. Also, from the pictures I took it kinda looks like it could use some lowering, but when you see the car in person it looks fairly low, especially the rear. I would probably lower it for the killer looks but I would regret it since I live right in the heart of Atlanta!
