Re: Tubi tip Cracked!!!

I did not sell any of the systems above, but I have called Lou at Tubistyle USA and left him a message this morning. I will post results of our conversation later today. Tubi units are EXTREMELY high quality, but like anything man made, are subject to issues, although this is the FIRST I've heard of any and we've been selling them for 4+ years.
So before we get out the rope and start fashioning the noose...let's see what comes of this.

Thanks.

Re: Tubi tip Cracked!!!

Both Daniel at Beastpower and a Tubi rep have contacted me and asked for pics. I will clean up the car tonight and take a few pics and post here as well. I will keep you advised of Tubi's response/replacement, if any.
Wish me luck!

Re: Tubi tip Cracked!!!

Good. I called and talked to Lou on your behalf. They want to see this handled and if it is an issue, they will handle it accordingly (replace).

Dave P-

Thanks for intervening on behalf of Dave D. It's clear the selling dealer no longer supports his customers, so it's nice that you were able to break the logjam. Gotta love boardmembers helping boardmembers!

Dave D-

Hope you get this resolved to your satisfaction! FAST4DR is a good guy--he's the one who sold me my blingy Kinesis wagon wheels.
