Alpina 2-piece wheels for an E39 M5?

Seeking advice. I have a 2003 E39 M5, the stock wheels with the gun-metal finish have plenty of patena... too much for my liking and would be keen to upgrade the wheels.... any comments/experience with the 2-piece Alpina (8"x18" fronts and 9"x18" rear)?

Re: Alpina 2-piece wheels for an E39 M5?

i had the alpina softline one piece wheel on my previous 528, they would bend if you looked at them the wrong way! I liked the look on that car, but i would rather have something a little more aggressive (which is completely subjective, i understand) on the M5. Need to make sure they'll clear the brakes.

They will clear the brakes. But why not the 19" Styling 2?
