          Passenger Mirror Dipping Feature
          Recently my mirror stopped tilting when I put the car in reverse...The first thing I did was ensure the mirror lever was switched over to the left, which it was...Next, I manually adjusted the passenger side and discovered it only moves horizonally...Is the mirror is shot or do I need to fiddle with the key in the ignition column (i.e. turn off, on, rotate the keys, switch the lever etc)...Thanks everyone

          Just guessing the mirror motor is dead.

          I've not seen any controls or settings that disable one particular mirror motion...

          Could be the mirror or the switch assy. As for the right side tilt-down, it is a dealer-programmable feature. If you had any work done on the car, it is possible that they inadvertently turned that feature off.

          Hmmmmm...Just had the brakes recently replaced so I'm not sure if the electronics would be effected by that? As I mentioned before, the mirror doesn't auto dip or move up/down manually but will move side to side Drivers side works perfectly...
