Polyurethane Bushings?

I tried the search feature, but came up with some dated threads and not much information. My car is up there in miles, the previous owner did upgrade to Koni Adjustables, but near as I can tell, the bushings are the same. Is it worth making the upgrade? Previous threads mentioned failures on the track etc, and a general lack of improvement, but there was also mention of a new design? (specifically referring to the ones available on beastpower)

Thanks for the input!
