DCS report

Has anyone seen a DCS report and found work reported but not done?
A car I'm looking at appears to have this problem.
I not talking about one thing but a list of over six item flaws with the car.
Would you contact BMW headquaters and ask about it?
I would think they would like to know if there is work being charged but not done on lease cars.

Re: DCS report

Sounds like fraud to me. Of course nobody at the police would care...
A garage overcharging is just petty crime to the police. Never mind how insanely much money is drained when summed up.

BMW NA might or might not care.
