Re: --Front Door Squeaks HELP--

There is a black limiting rod that has a roller inside the door on it that will squeek if not lubricated. Open the door and at the hindge point look about in the midpoint and you will see the black rod surrounded by a rubber gasket on the door side. Take some lithium grease and apply it to the black rod and open / close the door a number of times and the sqeek should be gone. Notice that the grease will have a track in the middle of it when opened and closed from the roller. You may need to reapply to get sufficient coverage.

Re: --Front Door Squeaks HELP--

You donīt want the spray kind for this. You want the really thick lithium grease, and apply it with a wooden stick (or something similair).

Ask for wheel-bearing grease at any petrol station.

You will need to apply the grease, and the move the door a few times, and then repeat many times over until the squeek is gone.

When you are done with the driver door, put some grease in the same place on the other doors to. It is a lot faster when the rollers arenīt yet stuck.
