Detailing tip

Just wanted to share a carpet detailing tip. My carpets look like they have racing stripes on them. Here's how I do it: (see attachments below)

1. Vacuum carpet
2. Use a soft nylon/plastic brush (mine is about 4 inches wide) and brush entire carpet in one direction on the diagonal.
3. Brush racing stripes into carpet in the opposite direction

I think it looks pretty cool. What do you guys think?
