Console Trim is coming off

center console trim is coming off.. looks like it's separated from the plastic of the console. Any overzealous shift (forward or back) pops the trim off the console and additionally, some of the boot clips pull out. If I'm gentle with it, it stays put.
It looks like the PO used small velcro self-stick tabs to try to hold it down, which I think are too thick to allow it to sit flush. I would just glue this down, but there are a couple of scratches and the ashtray is bubbling so before I go that route, I wanted to ask Is it possible to get just the trim for the center console (titan) without buying the whole console?

I have piano black trim I will be installing in my car. The ash tray in the car would not stay shut and I had planned to move it over to a better console piece. I successfully removed the trim without breaking it and it is just stuck on with a 3M style double sided tape unlike the wood which is screwed on.

That is assuming the Titan trim is like the piano and not the wood. You could likely remove the trim and clean off all the tape and redo the job with new 3M tape. This is assuming the trim is in good condition. If not or you don't want to spend the time, Clemster is the man for parts.

as far as i can tell the trim is not held on with any screws . however there may be some that come from underneath requiring the removal of the console. didnt think of this. i'll spend some time with it this weekend. maybe a PM to clemster will be in order.

thanks everyone.
