New Owner and Member!

Hey everyone, I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm the new, proud owner of a 2002 M5. I bought the car on Friday, June 3, as a birthday present to myself. In the past three days, I've driven about 500 miles.

I cannot stop driving this thing. From the highways to the Malibu area twisties (I spent all day Saturday tearing up Latigo, Stunt, Piuma, Mullholland, and Decker), this car outperforms and is more enjoyable than every other vehicle I have ever owned (including my Ducati S4R ).

I look forward to learning more about this great automobile and sharing stories with you all.

Welcome to the board and M5 ownership -- you'll find this to be one of the best message boards in existence...goes right with one of the best cars.

Enjoy!

Re: New Owner and Member!

Congrats and welcome to the board. I think you will find the board as addicting as the machine

We look forward to your participation here, and post some pics of your two and four wheeled beasts when you can tear yourself away from the cockpit.

This board addicting? Never!

Congrats & welcome to the site. I've had my car over three and a half years and I still end up grinning whenever I drive it - fantastic!
