How do PSA3+'s put the power down compared to the PSS?
In a stock car in the summer, PSS slightly better. But the PSA3+ is a superb tire. the rest of the year. Given your locale, I would get the a3+ for the rear. For most driving, you really want tires with the same handling characteristics on both axles.
