Bluetooth won't work and they don't respond to my e-mails. Nice.

They DO NOT provide phone support...only email support, at least that's what the website says!

Re: Advancedautovations Won't Respond to My Issue!!!

YES! Why no responses to my e-mail. Maybe if the kit was $1000 then Parag could get a phone? This is absurd, guys. Too much money for me to navigate this myself (without support) considering I had a choice where to buy it! Has anyone ever dealt with the company directly or their support? I need help and I am $600 + in the hole here.........

Re: Advancedautovations Won't Respond to My Issue!!!

Was this ever resolved? I'm having similar problems:

I ordered a BMW bluetooth kit on Friday August 19, and was told it was in-stock and would ship on Monday Aug. 22 via 2-Day FedEx.

Telephoned on Tuesday, and was told it hadn't shipped, it's in-stock and will ship on Wednesday Aug. 24 via 2-Day FedEx.

Emailed on Friday Aug. 26 (no reply)

Telephoned on Friday Aug. 26 ( no answer - voice recording said mailbox full).

Telephoned on Monday Aug. 29 ( no answer - voice recording said mailbox full).

Anyone else had troubles with this company? Is it even a legitimate business? It appears they are associated with the company TVonNav. I paid them $600. I'm thinking I need to notify my credit card company?

Same guy- Parag.

I'd cancel the transaction witht he card and refuse the shipment if it comes-

If this is how they treat 'customers to be' can you imagine the fun once the check clears if there is a problem???

Re: Advancedautovations Won't Respond to My Issue!!!

Cancel it, buy the kit from bimmernav, and get the ULF from the dealer.

It'll end up costing about the same, and Martin at bimmernav is much more reliable. Haven't read anyone who had problems getting his kits to work (including me)
