Pleae include the #. I stopped doing the edits (too much hassle).

SteveP: good idea. Mention it to Gustav? Dyanmically rendering charts would be cool.

And bluemax: awesome graphs. Thanks a bunch!

Do we have everybody?

This is the latest list. If you're not listed or if the details are not correct, please let me know.

I have the data in Excel which also generates the charts.

At one point (#s 124 - 130) there are 7 consecutive Titaniums. While I'm far from a stats stud, the chance of this I believe is literally 1 in 10 million (as is the likelihood of each of the other possible permutations for 7 cars, but 7 Titaniums in a row in particular is kind of cool...).

This probability assumes an equal distribution of 10 exterior colors (as there are for '01 standard colors -- no offense meant to Avus Blue people ). There are probably some other additional statistical analysis assumptions in all this, too, but I'm not sure which ones I might have made. It's been a while since my last stats class.

I'd imagine somebody out there can figure out what the actual probability of 7 of a color in a row is, knowing how many colors actually are available and also in the hands of actual board members. I'm not about to tackle that one...

Here I am, thanks Garry for putting my name in there. I have a Y2K Tit. Silv. I have been away from my computer for almost two weeks, it sucks, not being able to read this board.

Just curious if anyone knows the actual of numbers of these beasts that are shipped, to the US/Overseas, etc...
How many are actually still alive and in circulation....
I am curious as to the actual percentage of all M5's we represent on this board.....
Just wondering......
Also while I am thinking of it... Anyone know the total number of each color shipped???
Ernie
