Pondering selling my M5

Garage queen may have to go for economic reasons (getting married). Under a car cover for the winter again. Man these Cdn winters are long. Daily driver Lexus 300 does everything right; however, I am considering selling the M5 to free up money and space in the garage.

Will take a "hit" of course. (Photos in my profile) Black on black, fold rear seats, rear shade with 18000 mile. Mint, new tires, ALL fluids new, no winters, new clutch, no mods (K&N front springs only).
I will consider listing it on ebay (and other) in April (perhaps Spring/Summer demand is stronger)
How close to $49,900 can I expect?
