Ok so I had my brakes done about 4 montsh ago on all 4 corners. I had a check brake lining light come on a few weeks back and decided to change the sensors. Well I only changed the front sensor since the one in the back looked perfectly fine.
This morning as I turn on my car I not only get the check brake linings message on the obc but I also now have the BRAKE light on the dash board which will not go out.
Now If I need to fill up the brake fluid my question is how can brake fluid seep out or leak? Wouldnt I see it?
If it is the fluid how do I get to it to top it off.
also is there any relations between the brake linings and the brake lamp since they turned on at the same time?

and last but nit least how do I add some bralke fluid?

OK that is all thank you :D,

Not sure, but here goes. Brake fluid goes down a little as pads get thinner becasue the piston has to push a little farther, using more fluid. And the top of the brake cap may be vented, so spirited driving could cause a slight lose of fluid, as could a lose hose clamp on any brake line, or any small leak that is hard to see. I believe the brake fluid reservior is under the drivers side cabin air filter. I don't think brake linings (pads in this case since we have disc all around) have anything to do with fluid level. Also, check the manual, the lights may advise that more than one thing needs checking.

Jerry
