"Beast" TX license plate

TX offers a conservation license plate that features a picture of the horned lizard (see below). I think it would be a cool plate on my new M5 with a personalized license number (e.g., "E39 M5"). What do you think?

Do any fellow Texans know if the TX DOT has a WWW site listing the personalized plates? I'm pretty sure you can do that in CA. I want to see what's available rather than sending in a blind request.

Actually, Fury, I thought of your plate before I posted the question. If I had a better idea of what it meant, I would be tempted.

JFB:

There is currently no web site (not yet anyway) to look at personalized plate names already taken. I did however reach a lady in Austin at the DOT office and gave her the names I wanted (BEAST was one of them - however it was already taken
) and she told me if it was or was not available.

I like "E39 M5" and almost went with that, but finally decided on something different - namely "CSCO 94". CSCO is of course the stock symbol for Cisco Systems (where I work) and 94 is the year I started.

It would be nice if the web interface was there so you could peruse the existing names and see if your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices are already taken, but it unfortunately does not exist.

Good luck and let us know what you decide?...

and here is a breif explanation:
TO BE A PART OF WoW
Ladies, on any given Wednesday if you are driving in your car, walking down the street, riding on the bus, or otherwise out and about, and you see a sign on someone's car, business, or person with the Letters "W.O.W." emblazoned up on them you are encouraged (but not obligated) to do the following:
Cease all previous activity and get the attention of the person who is in possession of said "W.O.W." sign.
Lift your shirt, bra, blouse, or any garments you may be wearing and expose your breasts to this person (male or female) so that they may briefly gaze upon the marvelous mammaries that you have been blessed with...IN OTHER WORDS: SEE THE SIGN, SHOW YOUR TITS!
Guys will then freak out and clap in joyous applause.

Mattar: How come u didnt put a space between E39 and M5 wouldnt it look better? I know when u check it on the web site it doenst allow you to add spaces but I think when U fill out the form at the DMV it allows you to space it... Go back and get a new plate made... with the space

I thought of that but it would be out of proportion For Example: *E39*M5 and E39*M5** but would look to far apart if it was E39**M5.
Note: * represents space.

Thanks, guys, for all the suggestions.

I requested the plate with any of the following (in order of preference):
1) SABRE (My employer, NYSE:TSG, but I'm
not sure if that one's available)
2) E39M5 (TX DOT said that one's available)
3) M5WOW (Fury, I'll let you know if that's
the one TX DOT issues)

I'll most likely end up with #2.

Mattar -- I like GOT M5, but the plate can only hold 5 characters (including any combination of letters, numbers, spaces, dashes, periods or an icon-like map of TX).
Thus, yours would look like GOTM5. I think some folks would interpret as GO TM5.
