Delta S4

A turbo and a supercharger placed on a 1.8 litre engine!

Sounds very weird, but it's so crazy it has to win

hehehe Its good to see your car barely make it in the top 25. Better start thinking about #1 cuz your car is number 24 on the all time list

This is what the magazine said about your car "Turbocharged and supercharged and four wheel drive. But beware. In Group B works rally form, this was the model that killed rally star Henri Toivonen."

Great poll.
I was torn between the F40 and the Enzo. Chose the F40 in the end.

Cheers,

Re: Guess the World's most outrageous car ever

Great Poll. So many awesome cars to choose from. I had to go with the Porsche 959. When I was in grade school I had pictures of that car all over my room. I still love that car today.

In switzerland my dad used to own several Lancia's, and he had a delta integral in red I remember. It was an amazing car, I was only 16 at the time and he would not let me drive it , so I decided to take it out on a night drive when he was away on business . I also got a chance to drive his lancia thema ie turbo which was a hell of a quick car, those were the days

Re: Guess the World's most outrageous car ever

It has to be the Bugatti Royale.

I saw the replica they have at the Donnington Motor Museum and it's totally bonkers.

A few facts:

- the front bonnet (hood) is 7ft long and the engine is 5ft long
- the engine is a 14.7 litre 8 cylinder, the crankshaft alone weighs over 300lbs
- the car is 21 feet long and the wheel diameter is 38 inches!!

What an exceptional car
