Watched a Honda commit suicide....(long)

(*Nobody was hurt in this story*)

I'm cruising down the street, I come up behind a total Rice-d out Honda Civic. This guy looks back at me, and guns it. What is he thinking? So I stay with him, just for shits and grins, and we come up behind another car. This is a 2 lane road, so no place to go, and we both slow down. A little further down the road, it opens up to 4 lanes, but there are side roads and there is a place where a parkway feeds onto the road we are on. Not a place to be racing. This guy guns it, thinking I'm gonna try to race him there. Nope. About 500 feet ahead, I watch another idiot (#2,talking on his phone) pull right out in front of this guy. Does Honda guy slow down? Nope, trys to pass him in the other lane. What idiot #2 do? Pulls in THAT lane. What's Rice boy do? Brake? Nope, he's still showing me how fast his little POS isn't, so he trys to go around the other way. Then idiot #2 sees this guy, and reacts buy pulling BACK into the lane he started in. Riceboy locks them up and is over the curb into the island. Suspension was screwed, body moldings f'd. He wasn't going anywhere. But, driving like an *** where people are pulling on the highway, he gets whats coming. He's lucky he didn't hurt anyone.

So, I didn't have to kill that one, he pretty much killed himself. Too bad they didn't hit each other. "Officer, I saw the whole thing, and they are both completely at fault."

I just drove by, smiled and waved.

I've been thinking about this post for a while now. Owning a car especially an M5 is a huge responsibility. Anyone can drive fast knowing when it is fairly safe and appropriate is the key. I would like to ad driving slow in the left lane is just as bad as an overly aggressive driver. LEARN THE RULE'S OF THE ROAD.(I am sure the last part of my post does not apply to M5 members)

I never race with rice cars... not worth using my gas to show what ? That a 400bhp car can beat a Honda Civic !! It's more fun to let them race against their own shadow
think it is more humiliating as they understand they do not even deserve a race vs the beast.

He was talking on his Cell phone. I think he just wasn't paying attention, and then made the wrong decision once he saw the guy. I don't think he did it on purpose.

But, then again, this is Northern VA, and people ARE just complete ******* drivers around here.
