Anyone heard of CompleteCare Warranty?
I am looking at an extended warranty from my CA (Concord BMW) dealer and the one they are selling is from CompleteCare underwritten by Universal Underwriters Group. Its one of those where everything is covered unless otherwise mentioned. The cost is approx. $2700 for their full coverage (7 yr/75K), I now have 30K on my 2001. Supposedy, according to the Finance Mgr and he wouldn't lie to a customer to get a sale , the parent company is State Farm Insurance. Anybody else in CA buy one of these?

So you are buying 3 more years OR 45k miles? for 2700?

Any deductible?

Some dealers will do a cpo (calling it a 'refinance' or something...I know one who did) not sure how cpo compares to this one- Would seem to be a matter of public record who owns what- see if they are adequately underwrittten. Last time I check the 6-7 year 100k was around $3750.

Of course you googled all those terms/names, right?

Yes, I would be buying 3+ year and 45K more miles, which ever comes first. They also have a 100K version as well. I did the google, yahoo searches as well as this board and some other ones but did not find any info about people's experience working with this policy.
