Hi Guys,
I recall seeing pictures of a M5 sedan, having the complete S2 package. The owner however did not do the Dinan CAI system, skipping this aspect of the S2 package since he already had the A.A. CAI setup. His car had the Dinan MAFs but not the carbon fiber tubes. Who's car was this? Anyone recall his name/handle?
TIA.

Well...... regarding the stock air box and the S2 package by Dinan, LUPO M5 of Canada did his car without the Dinan CAI system and he had the Dinan vendor utilize the stock air boxes, which can be seen if you locate his member handle name, he has various PICS of his engine. My local Dinan dealer is forcing me to get/buy the Dinan CAI system even though I have the A.A CAI system. I originally wnated to buy the Dinan MAFs, throttle bodies and their trumpets and the headers. Dinan is howver telling me that the car has to have the Dinan CAI tubes to achieve the proper claimed power of the S2 package. Im all messed up with my game plan. :confused3 :crying:

As an alternative, you may be able to find an independent shop that carries Dinan on your side of the country. Try calling Bullet Performance (714-556-4269) out here on the west coast for a sanity check. They work with Dinan quite a bit and may be able to provide some guidance. :typing:
