Hey All

Since I believe Tim is no longer making Timmay Tips according to his tips thread:crying, I have been looking at Vibrant 1331 tips for a muffler delete.

Google Imaging it I only see a few pics but I know it is a popular option.

So if you have Vibrant 1331 tips, could you post pics of them on your car? I want to see how they look! Or, if you have a better substitution for those tips post those too

Thanks

I was going to buy the vibrants but found an interesting alternative. Search "Staggered Dual Exhaust Pipe Tip 2.5" Inlet 3.5" Outlet Polished Stainless Steel" on ebay.

Sorry I don't have enough posts to include links.

I'll take some pictures this week with them on the car.

Here's a shot of my vibrant tips. I like them a lot, but would really prefer something with staggered tips.

Pedals,
Which model are those? 1331 are double wall and yours look like the single wall 1333, but with the angle cut taken out?? I think If I had to do it, I would mod the 1333 with straight cut and stagger them. $45 a pop on Amazon isn't bad, I'm not sure I can get the mandrel bends for much less than that. But I'm really tempted to try my hand at cobbling a set from scratch.

I think they are a little big and wish they were staggered but they are a nice cost effective option 1331 - Album on Imgur

Gzig,

They are definitely 1331's. They are double wall.

Muffler delete does not produce any more smoke that with stock or aftermarket mufflers. That is a function of your engine's health/tune.
