kw v2 coilover part# for M5

can someone tell me if this is the correct part# for kw v2 for the m5?

kw dealers part# 15220008

on the hardware:
200 1103
15320400
ALD110

i think they shipped me a suspension for a regular 5er.
from kw dealers website: 15020008 is for 5er while 15020018 is for M5. the part# i got don't exactly match to the part#s on their website but seeing that the part# ends with 008 worries me that i may have received the wrong part. the shop doesn't open in another 7 hrs for me to confirm. just wondering if someone on the board may know off hand. i've waited about 3 weeks for these. it would suck if they shipped me the wrong part.

thanks in advance,

-cebu

Here are the relevant e39 5-series KW part numbers:
- 10020018 - Variant 1 - M5
- 10020008 - Variant 1 - Non-M5
- 15020018 - Variant 2 - M5
- 15020008 - Variant 2 - Non-M5
- 35220018 - Variant 3 - M5
- 35220008 - Variant 3 - Non-M5

You should have received 15020018, so it seems that you were sent the incorrect part. It is unfortunate that you did not order from BeastPower, but hopefully you will in the future.

Just to remind everyone, BeastPower is a fully authorized KW dealer, and we sell and ship to customers in the US and around the globe. Non-US customers can have KW coilovers shipped to them directly from KW's headquarters in Germany, which minimizes shipping costs.

Also, we have a policy of meeting and beating all other vendors' pricing, so if you see a product that you want, for less elsewhere, please let us know.

Cheers, Daniel.

Re: kw v2 coilover part# for M5

thanks for the info Daniel. i did indeed received the incorrect part. actually, it was KW who mixed things up and not the authorized dealer that put in the order. (the shipment came directly from kw.) a kw sales guy gave me a call and we'll be doing a swap shipment on their dime. it's all good. i just gotta be a little more patient now. they should get it right this time.

i was opting to buy from you but then found somewhere else which sells them cheaper. i didn't know you about your price beat policy. i do now!

cheers!

I am glad that it is all sorted out now. You are really going to enjoy the KW coilovers. I find them to be one of the best possible mods for the M5.

Cheers, Daniel.
