Re: Anyone knows if there is any aftermarket radiators for M5?
I am not aware of any. The car is too new, with about half the fleet still under warranty, so I would guess that there have not been many radiator failures in the first place and fewer still (excepting crash damage) where the owner was obliged to pay for a replacement. Plus, there are relatively few E39s that are modified for racing and the stock radiator is satisfactory for occasional track duty.
There is long-term concern with the (limited) longevity of the plastic components in the BMW radiator, and the likely extreme consequences of loss of coolant with an all-aluminum (and very expensive) engine. Fluidyne has recently brought out an all-aluminum replacement radiator for the E36, where the factory radiators have been a source of problems on both track and street-driven cars. However, this unit does not significantly improve heat rejection ability. Failures in the field needed to rise to a significant level before it made commercial sense for Fluidyne to tool up an aftermarket upgrade.
Fluidyne will also build custom radiators to order for probably any application, but the customer will need to provide dimensions and specifications. Plan on spending the best part of $1000.00 if you go this route.

Like I said... someone was working on an all aluminum one not too long ago... that in conjunction with a remote oil / tranny / diff cooler would give you what you are looking for... yes?

They actually added the e39 when a bunch of us from some other board (which will remain unmentioned) sent emails to them requesting one. Within a couple of days, they had the note up that they were working one. We must have generated a pretty good response. I intend to replace mine as a preventative measure.
Re: Anyone knows if there is any aftermarket radiators for M5?
Fluidyne barely came out with the E36 Radiator about 1.5-2 yrs ago and look how many of those E36's are around and how long it was available already 92-99 and this is in US I am talking about. I doubt they will attempt to mock up and tool one for M5 esp. Demand is too low for our M5 and most are still pretty new or with low miles, it seems at least in US.
