My favorite sedan by far, but I guess I'm a bit biased

Re: e39 m5 is the undisputed champ

Googlebattle is a "popularity contest" - it works by seeing how many pages it finds - that's all.

So it stands to reason that the M5 beat its older brethren - which were in their prime long before Google ever existed (and hence didn't get a lot written about them on the web) - OR its younger ones like the RS6 which has only been on the market for a year.

I don't want to burst any bubbles, but if this kind of data makes proud you're more easily impressed than I am.

But all I have to do is drive my M5 to know it IS the champ.

Interesting, the closest competitor was the E34. I agree!

handing out s2000 spankings

Victory #2! Driving home from dinner with the wife I notice a s2000 acting like he wants to play. We arrive at the next redlight together and I tell my wife this car on the left is gonna try to race me. She is like which one? I tell her the one on the left. I give the old two finger motion (dsp and sport button). The light turns green and boom were off! I can hear the s2000 revving pretty high, but 1-2 and im half a car length. 2-3 and he is behind at least 1 car length. 3-4 and im steadily pulling away and the wife is saying okay you beat him lets slow down. Im like he he he he high five me! Im not sure how fast probably close to 100. Sweet victory! Gonna give my girl a quart of 10-60 cause she earned it! mmwwaahhhhhahaha m5 rules.
