Post Please Help! New Celis head lights will not......

self level. My original/stock head lights are HID Xenon headlights. I wanted to simply upgrade the look of the lights to the newer Celis (Angel Eyes) Xenon head lights. My BMW dealer did the install job without any difficulty what so ever. Everything works, lights, glow rings and turn signals. There is one MAJOR PROBLEM, the new lights DO NOT self level when the head light switch is turned on. Normally, the head lights should go up & down when they are turned on but nothing happens when the head lights are activated. The original HID Xenon head lights did function properly, going up & down to properly adjust themselves. What can the problem be??
Im sure many of you guys must have upgraded from your stock Xenon to the new Celis Xenon head lights. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. You can contact me via E-Mail. Thanks for your time.

Check the back of your headlights and make sure everything is plugged in. Leveling control plug is in the center toward the bottom. Plug may also be put in backwards. You never know with these service technicians!
