Dinan as a place to get my M5 serviced

I am lucky enough to live in Mt.View, near a Dinan's shop. They have a service department and since my M5 is out of warranty I would like to know if anyone on this list has been using them and how they compare in terms of price and quality of work with a dealership (Alison BMW in my case.)

Thanks a bunch.

my own was a bad experience at Dinan with an M5...the net net is that for regular service they are no different than any decent local idependent, maybe worse because of lack of owner presence on the service floor.

PM me for details...
