Blue with tan...opinions / pictures? - The Unofficial BMW M5 Messageboard (m5board.com)

I'm doing some preliminary specs on color and I'm probably going with LM Blue for the 2nd M5. I definetly don't like the Black+Blue interior, as it's too much. I currently have Jet Black and Silverstone inserts, so I'd consider that.

My question, what do you guys think of:

full caramel with aluminium trim

-or-

black with caramel inserts and aluminium trim?

Any pictures are more than welcome.

No offense to ANYONE but I do not like the Carmel interior. As a matter of fact yuck. Sorry Gary G

Personally I'm not a huge fan, but I honestly can't deal with the Blue+black interior and I have the Grey+black already (although this car will be gone).

Choices choices.

Did you say Le Mans Blue? Well then....

Caramel is a pain in A** to keep looking good especially if this is your daily driver. But it looks awfully good.

Dan, I wonder what red and black would look like with lemans blue. Z8 uses this color combo with silver like my car but with blue it might be just great. Certainly no more exotic that caramel and blue.

What'd you do talk them out of a car.

Why not a white M5 with Imola red that was one of my options before I got the Le mans.

Honestly, i thought about imola but that's too...clashing.

im really skeptical about this whole caramel thing. i am happy with the grey+black, but it's also kind of dull.

I wonder if they would let me get away with black + caramel inserts...that might have potential.

If you want to see the Imola Interior, Mark Lauderdale has that interior, just find a post by him and goto his website...i love his car, probably my favourite M5 that i have ever seen, the Rims are the best part

(I personally wouldn't go for Red interior, but its personal choice...Caramel doesn't really bust my bubble either)
