          Post Dunlop v Michelin

My '01 M5 has Dunlops with 2800 miles. When I got the car, it struck me that there was a tire groaning noise which I attributed to the new treads. The thread on Dunlop v Michelin v S-03s kept referring to the Dunlop as being the quietest of the tires. Mine was the loudest of any car I have ever been in, so the thread clued me in to it being, possibly, bad bearings. I took it to the dealer today who confirmed BAD BEARINGS from the first day I received the car. That thread was especially helpful.
