Was that you headed towards the Midtown tunnel this morning?

Saw a silver M5 on the LIE headed towards the tunnel this morning. got all excited (I CAN appreciate all great cars), was ready to give the respectful nod of the head, but realized I was in my company car Ford Taurus Figured the M5 driver would have said "look at this loser in the taurus". Nice car!

What's up Chris,

Just Curious if this M5 had rims on it?

Did it have a NY Jets emblem on the license plate?

My wife "HAD" to take the beast into Long Island today, so I thought it might have been her.

That's funny. Actually the car was going from L.I. INTO the city. I always tell me wife, I don't mind if you drive it but I have some rules: 1) watch out for potholes 2) don't hit the wheels off the curb and 3) park FAR away from everyone else and walk!!

One. Since the E39 M5 came out I have seen one woman driver and I have seen tons of M5's in the NYC area. WIthout a doubt it is a man's car.

Anita may be the sole representative of our better half on this site.

I've seen at least three women driving M5's near my house and on the way to work. One of them was probably a mid-40's asian woman (Carbon Black), the other looked to be a mid-30's blonde woman (Jet black), and the third was a early 40's brunette (Carbon black). I've seen the asian and blonde women more than once on the road.

Very rare occassion to say the least!

Re: Was that you headed towards the Midtown tunnel this morning?

I've seen one woman in an M5. It was before I had the M5, so I was in awe.

Wait, there was another time too, but I think it may have been the same woman.
