You have really dirty injectors and they are not closing properly, or there is an electrical fault in that bank 1 injector circuit by your last description..

I found this thread very usefull when doing all 4 of mine,i went all from the top and went you get all the right size tools
it was very easy,my arms did get a tad sore and red but i could do it alot easier next time.
I am not very mechanically minded so go for it.

Post Replacing both sensors on driver's side (usa) - do the job from the top or the bottom?

I replaced both sensors on the passenger side (the side without any hoses in the way) six months ago, and it appears the sensors on the driver's side now need replacing as the car is starting to act the same way it did before replacing the first two sensors.

I am not too thrilled about the idea of doing the job from the top as I got plenty of scrapes and bleeding last time around, plus hoses need disconnecting if I am to have any chance at doing the job from the top on the driver's side.

If jacking up the car and attempting the driver's side sensor replacements from underneath the car, is it doable without needing to disconnect hoses and without too much blood and pain for someone without small female hands/arms? I think my arms and hands are average/slightly above average size.

What would be the steps for replacing both sensors from underneath the car on the driver's (left) side?

Thank you very much for any clear and concise explanation of how to go about doing that.

you can see them quite well from underneath, try a combo of above and below to access them, the drivers side does have less room to move from above

Use wire to pull the hoses out of the way and secure them. You don't need to remove them.
