Portland Historic Auto Races: To those attending...

Hello Northwest M5er's,

I thought it would be a good idea to get a rough count of who was going to attend the Baxter Historic Auto Races at PIR this July? I attended last year along with Sam, Jason, and Don and many more. It is a great event, giving drivers a chance to enter their cars in a showing, and talk cars with fellow enthusiasts. I am not sure of the dates for this year, possibly Jason could step in and give those?

I thought it would be fun to organize and plan a day when the majority of us could be there and meet. This thread is open to any comments, questions, suggestions, and planning for some type of meet during the event, or about the event itself.

Thanks,

Travis

The dates are Friday the 9th to Sunday the 11th. I say just meet in the BMW corral.

Sam,

Sounds good, but it would be nice to get a date and time frame when the majority of people will be down there. I am not proposing a caravan of any sort down there, just a general meeting time.

Re: Portland Historic Auto Races: To those attending...

I'm planning to attend one of the days.
From what I remember, Saturday seems to be the best day to hang with fellow M5 enthusiasts, and Sunday has the more serious racing.
I'm leaning towards Saturday.

C U there,
Bert

Bert,

Sounds good, I am planning on being there Saturday for sure, also. Hopefully Derek will be able to make it on Saturday as well.
