This not so easy the back of the muffler is rounded and the outside pipes are bent, so depending on where you measure, it changes, the inside pipes are about 8" long and about 1 and 1/2"from the bumber/spoiler, the outside pipes are about 1" +/- from the bumber/spoiler. BTW the inside pipes have an oval cutout in them on the topside just after they exit the muffler anybody got any clues as to why?
