Steve,

Beautiful!!!

Let's get together some time real soon.

I had lunch with Travis Reese this past week and we discussed having a Houston area M5 gathering real soon. I will post a message concerning this shortly.

By the way, I should get my Imola BEAST back tomorrow. It has been at Momentum's body shop getting a nose job for the last 3 weeks. I saw it on Saturday and it looks GREAT!

I will be bringing it into the Performance Center at Momentum this week to get the phone installed.

Congrats on getting your new BEAST!

Congratulations! beutifule car, I like the color! ENJOY!

Interesting, the shift knob, and emergency brake handle, are no longer aluminum... I have a '01 (Nov '00 build), and both handles are Aluminum. Yours look like black leather. Looks nice.

Thanks for the kind words.
I understand the leather on the gear shift and hand brake were new for '01. I heard there were problems with the titanium finish in '00.
Andy, It'd be great to get together. Email me at scrmorling@houston.rr.com.

Actually I have 2001 titanium silver/2tone seat. I picked up my beast 10/06/00,but it's 2001 car.I do have the titanium finished gear knob and hand brake. I guess it is because too many compliant recently that's why make them change to leather.

I doubt it you can choose titanium finished gear knob as an option since they already change without list those on the option list.
