Re: EUROPEAN CAR magazine does a 2 page article on RMS. Can you belive it?!?!???

If someone got "sucked into" losing money at RMS as a result of mis-info in the rag, er, I mean magazine, wouldn't that poor soul have a pretty good case against the rag to recover damages?

I would imagine there is probably some kind of legal disclaimer in the magazine. Additionally the magazine could argue the text in the magazine is an opinion and not fact.

Although the text of the article being vague does show that the magazine didn't really get a good enough vibe to post more concrete information.

Re: EUROPEAN CAR magazine does a 2 page article on RMS. Can you belive it?!?!???

I too recieved the magazine a quite some time ago before the sh_t hit the fan and never finished reading the whole magazine, due to time. After everything happened... I was moving some stuff at the house and saw the mag and started to read the article, l think I was laughing inside during the whole thing and also hoped that this would NOT deter people to the RMS shop for the taking.

I have it at home and will scan it today and post back if someone hasn't already done so by the time I get off work.

BTW, NICE RIDE SHADOW!!

I wish you were over on the East Coast sometime with it so I can take a ride in that Super Beast!

Magazine writers are just that, writers and need to write about something to earn a living. Half of the stories are just that, the writer does not put all of the facts into the story and you end up with a tainted view instead of what it really is.
