The firm choice is Ground Control. If you consider your stage three just plain "too soft", you'd better be looking for rates in the 450 lb/in or higher range. The M3 community is choosing rates in the 500lb/in range for dual duty track and street use & realize that these cars weigh about 600 to 800 lbs less. "Make no mistake", such a setup rides HARD.
I spoke with a guy at a recent drivers school at buttonwillow who ditched the dinan stage 3 set up his car had when he purchased it for a set of KW coilovers and he couldn't be happier. He said the street ride was firm, but totally acceptable, and it was just transformed on track. I'm still on the fence about which suspension to go with myself.

This is also how I feel about the KW coilovers. They transform the handling with only a minor penalty in daily driving.

Mike-
I'm not a "my-way-or-the-highway" type, and happen to think the two systems are more alike than dissimilar. Here's a three-way comparison we did awhile back between a Stage III, kw and stock suspended beasts.
I think so, did he make his own MAFS? If so that's him....

I had not added the Dinan rear swaybar at that time, and am still kicking around a set of adjustable front camber plates for that final "tweak."
Hope that helps!

Thanks for the Link Dave. I have had dinan suspensions on past cars and have been pretty pleased with the overall compromise in street/track handling and ride. One thing that's holding me back with the coil overs (either kw, GC or the upcoming H&Rs) is using my rear 9.5" wheels on the front, without going with really thick spacers. I'm waiting to hear what 'redshift' on the board finds when he installs his GC kit. Additionally, i know i won't do any adjusting after they're set up, so why have all the adjustability of coilovers? I don't really want to go super low either, just a bit lower in the front, and more negative camber.
Thanks again,
Mike
