Re: Need Pics: M5 with rims

I am thinking about rims too. So far, I think my favorite are the HRE 540R. I don't have any pictures but you can see the rims at hrewheels.com.

Re: Need Pics: M5 with rims

To me the M5 is the total sports car package with the convinience of being a 4 door. I would like my M5 to look very sporty... thats why I chose rims. I saw the AC snhitcher (sorry for spelling) rims, but I didnt feel them. A while ago I saw a picture of an M5 with 5 spoke chrome rims that made me drool. There was another member here with a black M5 that had black rims that looked nice too. But I am weighing my options... Thats why if any of you have any pictures, post them...

Thanks in advance,

M52k3

Re: Need Pics: M5 with rims

Dinan, are lighter-Stronger and that = Dearer.

Dinan make the fronts in 9 inch so I run a 265/35/18 upfront and a 275/35/18 on the rear 9.5 inch.

Some guys run 275 upfront and 285 in the rear with the dinans but they can rub when you go that wide. I hate rubbing. This setup is good becasue, No rubbing, No Spacers, No Tramlinng. Just improved handling also due to reduced unsprung weight.
