KW Coilover system

Now that I see the group buy deal I'm gonna bump up my purchase of the system.

BUT First I have question.

The compressor in the back is for self leveling is it not?

Asumming it is...Do the kw system keep that in place? Or does it go to somthing else. If it does go to that can I scrap it? Seems kinda like extra weight, it's not a truck I don't plan to carry alot of weight

Re: KW Coilover system

I'm not sure what compressor you're referring to. Not the M mobility kit, is it? (in the trunk, in front of the battery.)

Re: KW Coilover system

No you got the fix a flat thing, but behind that is a large compressor, giant black tank looking thing.

If you mean the big black box with the //M on it,behind the storage space (toward the rear of the car) that's the battery box. In front of the m mobility kit storage area i think is access for the fuel pump, no compressors that i've seen. At any rate, IF there was a self leveling suspension system, a coil over kit would eliminate it. (back to the original question)

So in the giant black box is just the battery? and the fuel pump? I thought the fuel pump was much closer to the seat? Ah well all is good I guess, I'll learn what all is in there once I rip it all apart I guess.

KW COILOVER V2 BIG MISS
Will hi everybody, her is my problem with KW, V2 I installed them from 2 weeks and her is the big miss. I have MMR Wheels 20" F 8.5 R 10 tires F 245/35/20 R 275/30/20, I was okay before installing KW V2, then when I have the coilovers on my M5 E39 a big miss happened, the ride is too low, it looks to nice but I would lose my tires and they are new, the problem is not her, the problem is the left side front and rear is lower than the right side front and rear, what I did is adjust the front and rear to the maximum height and it still left side F, R is lower than right side F, R. I can not adjust it more than that and I am very angry for that matter, so I decided to bring the stock one back, I am not happy cuz I spent my money away, any helpfficeffice" />

Please, no need to repeat the exact same post (VERBATIM) on all 5/6 different KW coilover threads...
