Exclamation Stay away from RMS because Osh is a conman !!

Osh turned out to be a thief and conman.

To start off, Osh has done nothing to my motor in the period of 3 months (a pic of the motor has just been sent to Gustav). Not just that he isnt bothered or give a ****, i have confirmation that he went and sold off my supercharger and aftercooler as new to a customer who had paid for new ones. There is a possibilty my block has been sold too!

Shadowman, went ahead and pulled the engine out of there but it really looks ugly!!! He recieved three boxs full of dirty parts minus the block which is also missing along with a long list of missing engine parts. Osh said the the block was at the workshop and after checking there, it turns out to be a damaged block beyond repair.......Obviously not mine.

Triflow, pulled his car out of RMS after paying $30,000 because the car was not touched in more than 3 months. Let me correct that, the engine wasnt touched but the car was because Osh had used it as his courtesy car... and vacation car because he took it on a vaction trip with his wife and 2 kids and put 4500 miles on its dial since recieving it!!!!!!

Another M5 that had spent one year and a half @RMS was just shipped back to a customer and he is gutted with the end result of how badly the car drove and how crapy the job done was with oil leaks etc. I was told it was very bad with a rating of 2 on a 1-10 scale.

Another car was an M3 and its owner has sadly passed away but that didnt stop Osh one bit.. He has sold many of the car's parts like its cylinder head, wheels etc etc long before its owner passed away and the guys at RMS say it would be difficult to bring the car back to stock... The owner's wife called demanding RMS to stop the job and hand the car back but Osh claims the job isnt completed yet !!!!

So it turns out to be, Osh is a conman and i advise everyone to stay as far away as possible from him and RMS.

Any lawyers on the board? I am so sorry to hear.

This man needs to be exposed the same way Hennesey was.

Re: Stay away from RMS because Osh is a conman !!

It's always distressing to find out that some company or individual has chosen a corrupt path to travel.

When one does, and it causes harm or inflicts damage on another then it must be exposed for what it is.

Thank you Black M5 for your caution about this company.

Now I guess it's up to this company to attempt a defense against these serious charges if they so choose.

Re: Stay away from RMS because Osh is a conman !!

Boss time to hire lawyers, what they did was morally disgusting ..... In my books
Osh has about as much respect as a worm ... As some articles as pointed out,
performance below the S2 Dinan even with a Supercharger etc..... These guys are
just frauds .... Boss I hope you have a good time bringing them to court ....

Re: Stay away from RMS because Osh is a conman !!

Black M5, sorry to hear of your troubles with RMS.

I have been a BMW owner (M3 and M5) for 10 years. I began to hear stories (all bad) of RMS and Osh soon after I started looking into upgrading my M3. RMS apparently has a history of poor work on complex projects. IMO, their project cars are simply a way to get a guinea pig to test out his products, however unready they products are. There have been many complaints about RMS and Osh over the years, and the sad part is that no one believes these stories until it happens to them.

A friend of mine has a co-worker that wanted to get his 3 series supercharged by RMS. I passed on the stories that have circulated over the years about RMS, but his co-worker didn't want to believe it. To make a long story short, it took almost a year and a half before he got the car to work/run right: constant SES lights, running problems, etc. RMS refused to respond to his calls and would not assist him until he threatened legal action. Yes, his car seems to run alright at the moment, but the stress and aggrevation was totally unnecessary. They apparently do not stand behind their work.

Strangely, the practices that Black M5 alleges RMS conducts sounds suspiously like the tuner that worked on Vipers, but, unfortunately, the name of that tuner escapes me.

Black M5's bad experience with RMS/Osh is just another one of many circulating among the BMW community. You have all been warned about RMS. Do not ignore it.

Re: Stay away from RMS because Osh is a conman !!

I am so sorry to hear about this!! It is incredable that someone could think they could get away with this. I say sue the bastard till you own RMS, as this is beyond any reason.
Sorry that you are in the middle of this, and I hope all can work out well. It makes me sad to see a fellow board member deal with this kinda of trauma.
What has the deal been with tuners in recent times? Dinan who goes axe murderer on the chassis of the E52, RMS who enjoys customer cars for personal enjoyment, and Hennesey...well, that one has been beaten to death. And it is not like their services are cheap...
Best of wishes to you Black M5, and good luck sorting out this whole mess.
