Rear Tires Rubbing
With stock rims and 275 Kumho tires, I get a little rubbing on hard bumps/whoop-dee's, just above the fender joint on the rear tires. Worse with rear passengers on board, occasionally happens with just me driving. Anyone else had this problem? 2000 M5 stock, 27K miles.

With the OEM Michelins, I never had any rubbing issues.
Switched to Bridgestone SO3, left rear tire rubbed fender over dips and with passengers onboard.
BMW replaced my rear springs under warranty and then no rubbing.
My '01 has 28K miles now.

The dealer or body shop can also roll your fenders to gain a bit more clearance. IMHO, should be something they do for free under warranty, as you're using OEM wheels and tire sizes, but you may get push-back on this. I think there were some threads on this board about this. Mostly on the earlier cars (pre-2001).
