Where can Castrol 10w60 RS be purchased outside of the dealership? Located in MA.

Nowhere. It is imported to USA by BMW, not Castrol.

In addition, RS was superceded by TWS at least a year ago.

If you're a member of BMW CCA, you can usually get a 10-20% discount from the dealer. I've seen it at a couple of sites on the web, but the price wasn't as good as I could get with the discount.
