Re: Any info on the one E39 M5 Touring?

Rick,

I remember seeing the post and it was a mechanic at a dealer that had access to a wrecked M5 and swapped everything over. I think it was a post on this board, just look for M5 touring on the search.

John

I saw this vehicle in Monaco a couple years back during the European Holiday. It is quite amazing, too bad they decided not to mass produce it.

Here you go: E39 M5 Wagon Pics Are Here!

This is the M5 touring that a tech at a US dealer put together. I know there is also an OEM M5 touring that BMW put together for one of thetop guys at BMW.

Cheers,

Cheers,

I think I'm looking for the E39 M5 Touring that a person from BMW has. He is some CEO I think. On this thread, there was a picture or two of him. It was a silver M5 Touring and it was a picture of it from the left rear. I can't seem to find it in the search.

That M5 Touring is rad though!

Here you go - it's not on the messageboard, but on the BMWM5.com homepage in the BMWM5.com Germany trip - March 2001.
