My neighbor (also an E39 fanatic) pointed out some amazing fares ($250 - $350 roundtrip) to Brussels, so we're planning to fly out for the weekend in early December. Still trying to nail down a date. Probably going out on a Thursday evening and flying back on a Monday morning. Most likey dates are December 4-8, but we may go December 11-15. The plan is to visit Brussels and take in the sights and try out the local brews. Then we would make our way up to Amsterdam and hang out for a day or so there.
Are there any of you folks who are within driving distance or who may coincidentally be in the area at that time who might want to hook up? Any locals who wouldn't mind showing us the happening places?
I'm leaving for Las Vegas in a few hours, but will try to check back on this thread from there. Otherwise, I'll be back in NJ next Friday.
