Plasma ignition Coils

So, here is my progression of my M5

1. Powerchip 91 Gold...smooth power..increase throttle response

2. GruppeM CAI..great sound, but no real gain in power...possible decrease in throttle response

3. Active Autowerkes CAI with temp relocation..placed with the gruppe..great synergistic response...very strong even in the hot afternoons....the great morning throttle response through out the day. Very happy with the combination.

4. Plasma ignition....GREAT throttle response....crazy fast....daughter's response "Dad, I'm holding on to my dear life"....Smile ear to ear.

all mods so far done by myself...not by choice...my ace mechanic just to busy. It must be nice to be wanted.

5. Evo pulleys in my trunk....hopefully my mechanic will be available tomorrow.

So far the most noticeable modification.....Plasma coils!!!

Gas

Hey Gas,

That's Great feedback.

Kids have great responses.

Plasma Coils you say. Did they come with easy destructions.

They could be that extra tenth I'm looking for.

Somebody stop this guy!

Congrats, I'm glad those coils worked for you. I'll have to look into getting these for my beast.

Why is everyone having such great success with their plasma coils except me? I am starting to think there is a problem with mine. I just did not feel all that much of a difference with mine.

What makes it worse is I am now in Thailand and won't be able to drive the car for another few more months.

Just venting guys.

Woah Dude, vent away. I couldn't stand not being able to drive the Beast for a few days , let alone a few Months.

Tri was planning on some dynoes later on to see how much the coils do.

If its 8Hp or more, than I'm down.

Sorry for the delay in feedback... Just having too much fun driving this beast!

MIB: This is a mod that you need to look into! Call Sam at Renn Sport. He did not get it for me, but he could have saved me $150

Lupo: I NEED More...More...More... I'm not sure if the tourniquet is for my new addictive hobby or from my bleeding bank account!

VanM: I got little worried with your past thread, but I felt those coils right away. I sorry you're not having the same success, maybe the coils are damaged?

Now, back to the road.
