New mods....High res pics

Well, here's the latest on " THE MODS".
H&R Springs with BBS LM and the Powerchip reprogram. Cold air intakes and the Full Supersprint with X pipe. Can't wait to take her to Englishtown to see what the collective mods did to the car.
I ran her with just Supersprint mufflers and K&N filters in the stock boxes and ran a 13.3 at 109MPH.I think I can get her in the 12's. I know that a couple of the board members here have gotten in to the 12's with a little bit of work.
Anyway, I don't drive her very much anymore as I am thoroughly enjoying my Z4. My next planned mod is going to be the Dinan Diff.
You can go to my gallery for the pics of the Z4 and the Supersprint pics.
Enjoy

Great looking car! I really like how the suspension looks. I think with the mods you have, you be able to get into the 12s! Good Luck!

I have no doubt you'll be seeing the twelves, soon. Beautiful car. Are the springs front-only, or all four corners? How's the ride?

Great looking car! The twelves are coming!

I'm new to the board and just picked up a 2000. What a machine! Of course there's never such a thing as enough hp so..

One question - in your view, is the Powerchip worth the spend? Did you install it separately or in combination with the CIA and exhaust?

I'm thinking about it, but it seems like allot for only a few hp by itself.

Thoughts?

PS - I'm in Whitehouse Station. Perhaps I'll see you on 78..

Bill, the spring are just in the front. The ride is just like stock but the lowering effect is just what I was looking for.I plan on getting their coilovers soon as I don't drive the car everyday.

Matt, the powerchip was the best investment I made.Great midrange increase and top end pull.It was an easy install and I added the Powerchip after I had the exhaust and the air intakes. It was more noticeable than all the other mods. Better than the mufflers or the Air intakes. It removed my top speed governor and moved my redline. I do travel 78 quite often actually and I'm always on the look out for other M5's. Hope to see you around here.

Rave, My LM's are 8.5X19 and 10X19. I have Bridgestone S03 and 285 out back. Hopefully this Wednesday if the weather is better we can meet up at Short Hills parking lot and you can check them out. Those Wed. meets are turning out to be quite awsome.

Thanks guys for the compliments, and hope to see you guys around

Rave, I love those wheels. I think alot of the AMG wheels are hot. The CL 65 wheels are awsome. I saw a S55 on the road yesterday with the 4 pipes coming out of the back

Scary car to tangle with on 78 or any highway for that matter

Sorry I didn't include directions on the P.M. I wanted to post them here so anybody who wants to attend can come.

Anyway, Take the G.W B to the turnpike South to Exit 14(Newark airport exit) Pay toll and get on 78 west. Get off to the right where it says Garden State Parkway because you gotta get over on to the local lanes. But stay on 78 west. Get off at Rt 24 west. The Short Hills Mall is exit for J F K parkway. As soon as you get off the exit you make an imediate right to get off at the mall. The big parking deck on the left is the neiman marcus parking deck. We're all at the top level. You can P.M me and I'll give you my cell #.
See yah there

Manny,

Do you guys meet every Wed? If so, what time? I'd love to stop by and get a face to face look at your mods as well as any others that might be there.

I can't make this Wed, but I should be able to get to Short Hills next Wed if you guys are meeting.

Hey Matt, we meet at 8 p.m. Usually it lasts untill 9-9:30 or untill we get kicked out. Usually it's pretty civil and no-one gets out of hand. It's when people leave and start doin' burn outs that it pisses security off.

I'll be there this Wednesday if it doesn't rain. I'll be there next week if it rains this week.
See yah
